	Flagstaff Auto & Metal Recyclers warrants to the purchaser that the used part(s) with which this warranty is given are serviceable and functional with respect to defects appearing within ninety (90) days after the date of purchase. If an auto part is found to be defective Flagstaff Auto & Metal Recyclers shall, at its discretion, provide either a replacement part without charge to the purchaser or a refund by company check. We may require the return of the defective part(s) to Flagstaff Auto & Metal Recyclers. All parts at Flagstaff Auto & Metal Recyclers bear identifying marks. In no event shall Flagstaff Auto & Metal Recyclers be liable for incidental or consequential damages, including labor costs of installation and removal or damage caused by use of our parts. Nor shall Flagstaff Auto & Metal Recyclers be liable or responsible for defects, incorrect, misidentified, or wrong part(s).
